We hope you are happy with your purchase from Shorevans, should you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, address and order number. In instances of defective or incorrect items, please include a clear picture or video of the problem.
Damaged or Missing Parts – You must notify us immediately if your item is found to be damaged upon delivery or likewise your order is missing parts. Failure to notify us within 2 days will invalidate any claim. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange up to 30 days. You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days we will offer you a credit note for our online store. Many of our parts require body colour coding to your vehicle. It is inevitable given the volume of parts that we sell that a very small percentage may have imperfection in fit. It is standard practice in any reputable body shop to test fit all parts prior to paint. We cannot emphasise this enough: always test fit before painting. Unfortunately, we will not refund any painted parts.
If the reason for return is the responsibility of Shore vans, we will issue a refund or exchange on return of the item. Please include a returns form with your item detailing the problem and the preferred solution.
If the issue is not the responsibility of Shore vans, for example, the customer changed their mind, did not like the colour or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return postage. In these instances, postage costs are not included in any refund given.
Please print off and complete the returns form on our website. Items returned without details of the issue and the solution desired will not be processed as quickly, so please make sure you provide as much information as possible with your item. Returns will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt at the warehouse. PayPal refunds may take 48 hours to appear in your account. Credit card refunds may take between7-14 business days to appear in your account.
For piece of mind, please use a trackable postal service to return items to us. We cannot be responsible for items being returned to us being lost or damaged in transit.
Items not included in our returns policy include carpet lining and U Trim, as these items are cut from a roll. All items must be returned in the in original condition, so please check your item thoroughly before fitting or painting.
