Shipping information:

We aim to ship all orders on the same or on the next day. For the vast majority of orders we use a next day delivery service. Our courier partners are Evri, Fed Ex and Parcelforce.

Unfortunately we cannot ship this item to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands or Scottish Islands.

The Shore Vans Customer Service Team is available to assist customers at any time. We aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday. If you prefer to speak in person, our phone lines are open from Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 17.00.

Technical support is available if it should be required. Dependent on the product purchased this will normally be instant. However, for more technical enquiries a qualified member of staff will provide a callback service.

We do our best to be as helpful as possible but we will not tolerate abuse.

Shore Vans is based in Cornwall. Local customers are very welcome to collect their orders directly from our warehouse.

We welcome collections but for health and safety reasons these need to be pre-arranged.
